‘On the day Coordination’ is for brides and grooms who have their wedding planning well in-hand and instead of relying on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding they want a trustworthy professional to execute all their hard work.

Consultation begins a week prior to the event. As a coordinator we facilitate deliveries, manage the various vendors, work with the venue, oversee the run sheet, ensure all parties are running on time, and act as your guest’s point of contact on the day and supervise the actual day of the event.

This package is for those who already have decided on the colour scheme, and the look they want for their event and feel overwhelmed by the options available. We can assist you with our creative know-how and infinite ideas to give you inspiration and make your vision a reality. Once the design concept is confirmed we then source everything that is required to bring your vision to life. We can create and deliver the design concept for the day to ensure your event really does have the anticipated impact.

We assist you with colour schemes, layout, decor, table settings, lighting, furniture, down to the very last detail and ensure that every event is as unique to each client. Lastly, we are there on the day to assist and oversee the setup to ensure everything is as decided.
